As we like to do here at Cooke, Curtis and Co. we are shaking things up. Location, Location, Location is so very 1990s, We bring you Consistency, Consistency, Consistency. And whilst winning awards is not a priority to us, it is a rather pleasing byproduct of this commitment to our clients. And what is even more gratifying is the consistency with which we win awards. We didn't hang up our brogues when we won our first award, quite the opposite, it spurred us on.
So, this year's haul includes success in the British Property Awards where our lettings team have won Gold again for Cambridge. The second of the brace is the Best Estate Agents Guide  in which we have won Top 500 in the country Estate Agent, Gold Winner for sales in the Cambridge area as well as being awarded Excellent for Lettings in the Cambridge area.

What is particularly positive about the latter is the rigour with which it was created. It analyses over 11,000 agents against a number of stringent metrics covering property marketing, client service and most importantly success and results. As after all this is what everything we do is about, effectiveness. It is never about vanity.
