British Property Awards

Would you believe it, we have only gone and won the British Property Awards for Cambridge again?

Would you believe it, we have only gone and won the British Property Awards for Cambridge again? And this is the third successive year for both our sales and lettings teams (Our lettings team has won this every year since 2016!). The first year led us to cheer and whoop loudly, the second year made us experience a sharp intake of breath as a delicate combination of surprise and delight. The third year simply gave us a warm glow, safe in the knowledge that we are clearly delivering an exceptional service to our clients and even more importantly we are doing it consistently - these are the reasons we get up in the morning.
We were described as having performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on the important metric of customer service levels.

We have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later in the vear. The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. Something that we leap at the chance of knowing!
Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with this accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to our local marketplace. Thanks to the British Property Awards for their continued commitment to reward agents who go the extra mile for their client's.

Does the idea of waking up on Christmas Day surrounded by cardboard boxes, desperately rummaging for a spoon to stir your gravy, appeal to you? No? We thought not

There Is a huge gap between how different agents treat their clients. Fundamentally it is about what you focus on. Crudely speaking it is the difference between being client focused and being focused on sales targets and commission.

Analysis can be neatly divided into qualitative and quantitative. Whilst one should definitely not ignore the former, we kind of like numbers here at Cooke Curtis & Co. Without question they tell a story. Once forged in truth and detail.
